VinexData provides unlimited mobile data bundle purchases for MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo networks in
Ghana. All bundles are digital products delivered to the specified mobile number.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate phone numbers and personal information
- You are responsible for verifying the recipient phone number before purchase
- You must ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds
- You agree not to use our services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within a few hours after payment confirmation. During peak periods,
processing may take longer. You will receive notification once your data bundle has been delivered.
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Paystack)
- A transaction fee of 1.95% applies to all purchases
- Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change
- Payment must be completed before order processing begins
6. No Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for
incorrect phone numbers, change of mind, or any other reason once the data has been delivered. Please
verify all information carefully before completing your purchase.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right
to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.
8. Limitation of Liability
VinexData is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of
our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

retrieved or transferred. This is due to:

2. No Refunds For:
- Incorrect Phone Numbers: Wrong numbers entered by customer
- Change of Mind: After order is placed
- Network Issues: Problems with mobile network provider
- Delayed Delivery: Processing takes longer than expected
- Duplicate Orders: Multiple orders placed by mistake
- Unused Data: Customer doesn't use purchased data
3. Your Responsibility

VinexData's systems, not user error.

- Most failed transactions are automatically reversed within 3-5 business days
